“I began my journey at Trombini on March 3, 1986, as an Office Boy, just shy of turning 16 years old. Over time, I gradually advanced and grew within the company. In 1994, I completed my degree in Economic Sciences, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Economic Engineering. This education opened doors for me to work in several areas of the company, from the financial and administrative departments to Production Management at the Multilayer Paper Bag factory in Curitiba (PR).
Later, I had the opportunity to serve as an Industrial Advisor, which eventually led to my current role as Industrial Superintendent.
The main reasons I’ve stayed at Trombini are the positive work environment and the company’s strong commitment to valuing its people. My personal values have always aligned closely with those of the company, creating a lasting “marriage” that has now lasted 39 years”.
Marcelo Natividade, Industrial Superintendent

“My journey at Trombini began in January 1999 as part of the Maintenance team on shift C. Over the years, I had the opportunity to expand my experience, working in PCM (Maintenance Planning and Control), Production Coordination at the Fraiburgo (SC) paper factory unit, and Maintenance Coordination at the Farroupilha (RS) unit.
In 2021, I took on a new challenge by applying for the role of Production Manager at the Rio Grande do Sul unit. Since then, I have proudly held this position, fulfilling responsibilities that are essential to the company’s success.
One of the things that makes Trombini special is the trust and freedom it gives its collaborators, something not easily found in the market. If it weren’t for the confidence my former Maintenance supervisor had in me, I wouldn’t have been able to complete my Mechanical Engineering degree or overcome the many challenges along the way”.
Mauro Diogo da Silva, Production Manager

“I joined Trombini in 2011 in the Foreign Trade sector. At the time, I had already completed my degree and taken several courses in the field, but I was eager to grow even further within the company. Later, I pursued additional training in Logistics, Inventory Control, People Management, and Leadership.
In 2013, I applied for an internal selection process and was promoted to Shipping Supervisor at the Multilayer Bags factory. This opportunity allowed me to put my knowledge into practice and take on a new challenge. When I was approved, I realized I could apply everything I had learned to this new challenge.
In 2018, in addition to leading the Shipping department, I took on the PCP (Production Planning and Control) area. While determination, confidence, and the drive to grow were key to my achievements, Trombini’s trust in me made all the difference. The company has shown that internal growth is truly possible and that we are all part of the values it stands for”.
Rosana Alves Xavier, PCP and Shipping Coordinator

“I began my journey at Trombini as an intern in 1999 and quickly advanced to the role of Electrotechnical Technician, a position I held for nearly 12 years. In 2012, I was invited to join the Maintenance Planning team, where I worked until 2015. That year, I had the opportunity to step into my current role as Maintenance Coordinator at the Canela (RS) unit.
With operations across the three southern states of Brazil, Trombini provides numerous opportunities for growth and development. The company fosters a positive work environment, a culture of transparency and trust, and a team-oriented atmosphere where collaboration thrives”.
Jonas Darci Baretta, Maintenance Coordinator

“I started my career at Trombini as an intern in the Projects area in 2019. Afterward, I was hired as an assistant in the Maintenance sector, working in MPC (Maintenance Programming and Control). Later, an opportunity arose to apply for the position of Designer. I was selected and have been in this role since 2021.
Trombini is a company that values fairness and is committed to treating its employees with respect. The open channels for suggesting improvements in any area reflect the trust the company places in its collaborators, recognizing each professional as unique—not just another employee”.
Bernardo Coser, Designer

“Trombini has always recognized my dedication and effort in every role I’ve held throughout my career. I began as a Production Assistant at the Corrugated Cardboard factory in Curitiba (PR). Later, as an Administrative Assistant in the Stock Room, I was invited to join the Evolution Project, which introduced the ERP Oracle EBS system to the company.
After the project’s completion, I transitioned into the Logistics area as an Administrative Assistant II. Over time, I was promoted to Administrative Analyst, a role I held for approximately three years.
During this period, I earned my degree in Systems Analysis. My experience with ERP implementation, combined with my history at the company, led to an invitation to join the IT team as a Developer. Today, I work as a Systems Analyst, contributing to the implementation of new systems and process improvements across the company”.
Rafael Silvério, Systems Analyst

“I began my journey at Trombini as an intern in the Forestry sector in July 2012. In January 2014, I was promoted to Forestry Engineer. Over the years, in addition to working in forestry operations, I also gained experience in Occupational Safety and Quality, focusing on Management Systems and certifications such as ISO 9001, FSC Chain of Custody, and Controlled Wood.
In 2017, I had the opportunity to take on the role of Administrative Coordinator at the Fraiburgo (SC) unit. This experience has allowed me to grow professionally alongside a multidisciplinary team with extensive knowledge and expertise.
Trombini is a solid company that offers great opportunities for career growth and professional development. What truly sets us apart is our commitment to valuing people and fostering a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment”.
Angélica Tormen, Administrative Coordinator
