Actions focused on continuous improvement at Trombini rely on the commitment of every collaborator. After all, it is through this shared dedication that we achieve excellent results in our daily processes, which directly impact the quality of the solutions we develop.
This is why we created the INOVAR (INNOVATE) Program, built on three core principles: fostering future-focused thinking through strategic planning, prioritizing the development and engagement of people, and enhancing continuous improvement techniques.
Through diagnostic and resolution actions, the program aims to enhance the company’s competitiveness and performance, promote continuous process improvement, ensure workplace safety and organization, and support the ongoing development of all Trombini collaborators.
All of this is made possible and effective thanks to the daily commitment of our team members, who are dedicated to implementing the continuous improvement actions proposed. Therefore, nothing is fairer than integrating them into the creation of the logo that will represent the INOVAR Program.
Competition involved all Trombini units
Collaborators from all of our units – Curitiba (PR), Fraiburgo (SC), Canela (RS) and Farroupilha (RS) – participated in a competition that elected the INOVAR Program logo. The contestants were evaluated on their creativity and suitability, both of their art and concept, to the program’s theme.
The winner was Julio Gabriel Taborda Vidal, a 3rd-shift Production Operator at the Corrugated Cardboard unit in Curitiba.
Mariana Ceronatto, from the Superintendence of Sales, and Ariel Piamolini, from the Farroupilha Corrugated Cardboard unit, secured second and third place, respectively.
