Paper Recycling

Understand how
paper is
recycled here

We are committed to sustainability in every phase of our production process, starting with the use of waste paper and corrugated cardboard as raw material in many of our packaging solutions.

Discover our
transformative cycle

1st Stage

From paper scrap deposit to expert analysis

All paper designated for recycling is collected at our paper scrap deposits. In our laboratories, highly qualified professionals conduct thorough analyses to identify any impurities that could affect the quality of the material being recycled.

2nd Stage

Depuration and refinement

After the material has been inspected, it is transferred to a piece of equipment known as a hydrapulper. Here, it undergoes a hydration process that breaks it down into fibers, which are then purified to remove any impurities. This process creates a pulp, which is then refined to enhance the quality of the fibers and prepare them for the next stage.

3rd Stage

From pulp to sheet of paper

The purified pulp goes to the paper machine, where the sheet is formed through a continuous process. Using high temperatures, the paper is carefully dried, acquiring the shape we know.

4th Stage

Rewinder machine

The recycled paper is then sent to the rewinder machine. Thus, it is ready to become raw material again and originate our most diverse packaging solutions.
