Salary Transparency and Remuneration Criteria Reports

In order to comply with Law No. 14,611 of June 3, 2023, Decree No. 11,795 of November 3, 2023, and MTE Ordinance No. 3,714 of November 24, 2023, Trombini Embalagens S.A. publishes the Salary Transparency and Remuneration Criteria Reports. The information presented in the reports was generated and provided by the Brazilian Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE), based on data extracted from e-Social, RAIS 2022 and Portal Emprega Brasil.
All data presented in the reports comply with the anonymity requirements set out in the General Personal Data Protection Law – LGPD 13 709/2018.

Important considerations

As they are developed based solely on numerical data, directly by the MTE, the reports do not allow for the addition of information necessary for a detailed understanding of the statistics published. Positions with equal pay, but with occasional particularities such as night shift pay, unhealthy conditions and overtime, for example, were not considered when disclosing the data, impacting on the percentages shown in the reports.
Therefore, Trombrini Embalagens S.A. reiterates that it has an internal Position and Salary Policy that provides opportunities and salary equality, without discrimination based on gender/ethnicity/race/color/country. The policy is available for access and knowledge by all employees.

Confidential channel .

We have an exclusive
confidential channel for reporting
harassment in the workplace.

Before making your report, check the guidelines below:

This channel must be used exclusively to formulate REPORTS OF HARASSMENT (moral or sexual) related to employees, third parties, service providers, and stakeholders.

Any other matter, such as requests for information, suggestions, complaints, criticisms or compliments should be sent via contact form, or directly with the area responsible.

Please describe the facts in detail, including any information you consider relevant for processing the report. Whenever possible, include the date and time of the incident, names of those involved, and the location where the incident occurred. Additionally, attach any necessary evidence to support your complaint, such as photos, documents, audio, video, or other supporting information.

Moral harassment is any and all conduct that characterizes abusive, frequent and intentional behavior, through attitudes, gestures, words or writings that may harm a person’s physical or psychological integrity, putting their job at risk or degrading their work environment.

Sexual harassment is characterized by coercion, through words, gestures or actions, with the intention of obtaining sexual advantage. At the workplace or as a result of work.
