Reverse Logistics

Have you ever
heard of reverse
logistics?

Reverse logistics is the promotion of environmental responsibility from an important process that involves returning materials used to the production chain.
Here at Trombini, we have several sustainable measures in our production processes.

The return of the product developed based on the raw material used – paper or corrugated cardboard – occurs through the recycling process. What was discarded can originate a new product and have another use, directly contributing to reducing the generation of waste and to decreasing the environmental impact caused by incorrect disposal of waste in nature.

In this segment, it is possible to measure all the advantages of recycling. From the separation and correct disposal of waste to the generation of employment and income through partnerships with cooperatives.

The significance of sustainable practices in production processes reflects a shift toward conscious consumption and the development of sustainable, biodegradable products that can be reused after disposal. Reforestation and recycling are essential components of corporate sustainability, impacting not just products but also processes. By embracing these initiatives, we can envision viable alternatives for a future where generations to come can thrive, and our planet can continue to flourish in all its beauty, abundance, and diversity.

In recognition of this work, our Curitiba units received the official certificate Reverse Logistics Seal, awarded by the Union of Paper, Cellulose and Wood Pulp Industries for Paper, Cardboard and Paper and Cardboard Artifacts of the State of Paraná (Sinpacel).

The seal is a recognition of the companies that are part of Sinpacel’s Reverse Logistics Sector Plan in Paraná and further reinforces our commitment to reducing environmental impacts and conducting activities that go beyond legal requirements, contributing to the development of a circular economy and the rational use of natural resources as raw materials.
