Focusing on guiding and encouraging the separation and recycling of solid waste, Sinpacel, in partnership with Trombini and ILOG, organized mini-lectures and donated collection kits for selective waste sorting: paper, plastic, metal, glass, non-recyclable materials, and contaminated waste.
These actions took place in Curitiba, at Alfredo Parodi Public School in Uberaba (with a donation of 4 collector sets) and at Escola Municipal Nivaldo Braga in Boqueirão (with a donation of 2 collector sets). The collector sets were presented to the principals of the schools.
Sinpacel’s Reverse Logistics Coordinator, Mauricy Kawano, also took the opportunity to speak to the students, delivering a brief talk on the importance of waste separation and recycling. Kawano emphasized that recyclable materials are used to create new products, such as the collectors themselves, which are made from recycled paper and cardboard and generously donated by Trombini Packaging.
