Trombini stands out and gains recognition for high-standard performance

One of the leading companies in the packaging industry, Swiss-based SIG, has recognized Trombini for its outstanding performance in meeting key indicators related to quality, productivity, and punctuality, among other criteria.

SIG specializes in providing sustainable, innovative, and flexible packaging solutions, while Trombini handles the production of corrugated cardboard boxes and manages the client’s inventory within our facility.

According to Arielton Bueno de Godoi, a technical salesperson on the SIG service team at Trombini, the award was based on results achieved using the Hoshin Kanri management tool. This tool evaluates various indicators, including adherence to delivery schedules (timing and quantities requested), product quality, lead times, disposal/receipt processes, and the number of RNCs related to Food Safety, among others.
